Nail on the head.
At the end of the day, both views are a guess. Only one is based on hopes and desires and the other is based on observations of previous performance.
Sure management could suprise us with a real OT in the timeframe that was announced. Or they could go back to fluffing around indefinitely while increasing dilution after walking away with a clean profit from exercising options at the time of all this built up hype.
Confirm your bias or have an open mind to all possibilities, it's up to you.
