Traxxys are taking all hydroxide and caesium even if the quality is low grade. The sales will also be at market rate aswell. Why would it be of concern if it an agreement of sales. Traxys are now in a binding offtake with LPD. It is in clear writing I don't know why people still question this. Yes Traxys will take a cut (a few %). if we had an offtake with Tesla for example we may have jumped 50% plus for the day and then crashed harder then we have. Tier one producers like Tesla ask for a 20% or more discount. In comparison Traxys is only taking a few percent as a comission. It does not matter who we sell this product to, traxxys are selling it for us at market rate and WILL take our lower quality product aswell. I would not devalue this offtake. It is irrelevant who or how the product is sold. We have a guarentee of 5000 T/PA at market rate. Even when using a lesser price for lithium hydroxide then current ATH price of 306500 Yuan per tonne we still have over 1.2 billion in revune.
