When LPD was at 1c people were scared to buy due to various reasons. Now SP has come from 8's to 4's they are still scared to buy hoping for a bargain bottom. IMO should bounce due to strong LT-MT fundamentals plus ST technicals when the gaps are filled around 4.5c. GLTAH.
