Concentration isn't the issue and can be done locally, much the same way Avalon will be concentrating their mica's to 4% and we in turn purchase that concentrate ($350t last count) to process it to purity and on sell to end-users.
Where the economics of processing locally breaks down is in the purchase of reagents and the subsequent market for the by products, which is the main reason Lepidoco has chosen the Great Lakes region of Canada.
