This is the problem with jumping in before DYOR. Everything about this company is positive for the future, so positive it caused a massive spike in buys sending the price upwards.
But if you look at the unknowns and the stage in development... (hurts me to say this because I brought highish)
Until we have clarity around supply, scaling and permits price should be .0225
