Sorry about some of the words may run into one another, but this Hotcopper format isn't very friendly with my MS word program. Very frustrating when you have only 3 mins to find the problems HC creates.
I just got so exasperated with all the people whining on, yes there going to be some tough times ahead, those who see opportunities elsewhere go for it. But understand why it is you made your investment.
Quick money is rare unless you have rare luck.
