A: Probable that a 5,000-6,000tpa P1 plant for Sudbury Canada will be constructed (or the ability to expand capacity to these levels) though experimental phase may be 3,000tpa for the beginning
... and more importantly
B: Fast tracking of a large full scale Phase 2 plant in the early 2020's, then to replicate the feat "in both Europe and Asia" ...!!!
