They do - it is one of their traditional funding avenues. When they get their projections right it is seemless. Good BOD can pull it off - those that do investors take note of. Option management is part of my research when looking at BOD of companies. I pulled out if Lepidico two years ago because of these issues and the fact that the SOI have blown out rediculously. Now waiting for consolidation.
