I hear that Telstra have been reported to ACCC for predatory pricing of their broadband; that is selling it retail for a price cheaper than what the ISP's can buy it wholesale. This may be why Swiftell and iiNet shares have been languishing lately. Telstra using shareholders funds [including the government] to put private enterprise companies out of business. Interesting to see if this gets into the news and what Latham and Howard do about it. With many of the public, shareholders and voters it will be interesting what angle each polly takes.
