Shares & currency work the same way.
If you print too much money the currency gets debased & the value of every dollar drops. You buy less & less with the same amount of money as the years go on.
When management continually issues more & more shares, without growing the company, you debase the value of those shares.
They're worth less & less as the years go on.
You can't blame Corona Virus for LPD's fall today!
IMO that's just an excuse!
A head & shoulder pattern formed on LPD's chart last year & I called an SP of 0.008 could be on the cards.
It's being marching in that direction ever since.
It might happen if the LOI with BASF fails.
