@Naughtpatjoe for your considered response last week. My apologies for taking so long to get back to you. Your points are all valid and I agree with you, but don't we all feel exasperated when the share price goes in the opposite direction after placing our buy or sell orders. When charted later, the movement often appears obvious, so I try to pay attention when chartists generously post their views. The crossing of the 50 and 200 day moving averages, the dojis in candlestick patterns, the MACD indicator, Fibonacci Sequence, etcetera all seem to be useful tools. Without them, I often feel I'm playing Pin the Tail on the Donkey with others who are peeking through their blindfold.

This has a similar shape to the 5 year- possibly a head and shoulders? It is so symmetrical that when seeing it, I hoped we will (very temporarily) dip back down to the .020-.022 range, as I had decided the night before our surge to add to my holding after recent research and weighing up the macro factors of LPD's ESG credentials vs those of other lithium companies I hold. These are companies I've been happy with, but now feel are riskier as we draw nearer to the EU battery passport laws and global appreciation for end products' low carbon footprint.
It will be interesting seeing how this plays out over the next few years for our WA miners. Initially, I imagine the impact will be nil to minimal, given the oft-touted upcoming demand crunch, but over time will these companies seek ways to make themselves more competitive for securing the best deals? I wouldn't be the only LPD shareholder who sees third party licensing opportunities abound.
