First paragraph I agree with.

Second and Third, what if the Board have locked in customers but all T have to be crossed and all I's need to be dotted, Contracts maybe need to be legally perused, signed, etc etc.

It's possible, the customers are the one's who are holding everything up.

I would say they have been in talks with customers for years, as we had nothing to sell. The first LOI was with Basf and that wasnt that long ago.
And again, we dont know what has or hasn't come of it.

They only way we will know anything, is by waiting.
And, alot of answers are due soon.
