First paragraph I agree with.

Second and Third, what if the Board have locked in customers but all T have to be crossed and all I's need to be dotted, Contracts maybe need to be legally perused, signed, etc etc.

It's possible, the customers are the one's who are holding everything up.

I would say they havent been in talks with customers for years, as we haven't had anything to sell.
The first real LOI was with BASF, and that wasn't that long ago, and is more than likely still active.
And again, we dont know what has or hasn't come of it.

They only way we will know anything, is by waiting.
And, alot of answers are due soon.
