My guess is LPD is pushing ahead and will be fast tracking Phrase 2 and Phrase 3 plants.
Listening to JW last interview and reading between the lines of the last Q'ter I gather that will be the case.
At todays close the share price is looking like it has its sights on the 0.10 cent mark most likely by this year ends.
