The UAE is transforming itself under the hood. It has been discussed on this forum for the past 2 years. Attracting lithium production to the region is a strategic decision on their behalf (in my opinion). The fact this company chose to do a P1 at 5,000tpa which keeps CAPEX down is also a strategic decision (in my opinion).
