Just a thought on commercial arrangements under offtakes. The big players like Tesla are well aware of the cachet of their brand. And that a small provider like LPD announcing they have done a deal with Tesla, or any of the other Tier 1s is going to make the smaller party's share price rocket.
I think there are two options, agree to a much lower base supply price in return for that share price sugar hit of announcing we've done a deal with Tesla, or sign a confidentiality agreement and get more market reflective rates (but only announce a deal has been struck with a major unnamed battery manufacturing entity). I want the latter option for one but we will see what the board does.
