Full Offtake? I think you may indeed be wrong @Orky1982. LPD doesn't have "full offtake for full production for the first 7 years of P1 Plant".
LiOH and Cs2SO4 has been sold, but that still leaves SOP (12,955 tpa), SiO2 (34,951 tpa), Rb2SO4 (1,542 tpa), and CaSO4•2H2O (70,872 tpa) to sell. All by-products must be sold. There is no tailings storage at KIZAD.
Perhaps Rb2SO4 may be placed through Traxys, but not necessarily. LPD has a LOI with Hubei Baijierui Advanced Materials Corporation (BJR), which is a Rb salts manufacturer (see Ann 2021-0-13).
There is a potential market for the remaining products in UAE. LPD has recently appointed a sales representative in UAE, and it would be beneficial to sell those by-products locally (in which case, Traxys is unlikely to be involved).
P2P I don't clearly understand your meaning about "...accelerate expanding to P2 to increase production...".
If you mean increase the production capacity of P2P, then it may be scalable, but LPD hasn't released its planning (or even selected a site).
If you mean bring forward construction of P2P, then it is unlikely. The demonstration plant (P1P) needs to first demonstrate that the PP can be scaled up 462x. A prudent board is unlikely to commit to P2P until P1P was operating. Following commissioning, It will take 6-18 months to ramp up, de-bottleneck, and confirm product specification consistency.
