I am in the process of scaling out of the market now.
LPD is the only stock i am going to hold as it is undervalued and its getting to the pointy end.
I was heavily loaded in IXR but managed to get out today with a tidy ptofit.
Also in the process of off loading a bit of property.
Economic conditions are about to change rapidly globally and Australia is sitting on a house of cards wont take much to topple our housing market. If the Australian housing market was a stock and i put it on my chart i would not touch it with a bargepoll
