I hate banks. Interbank transfer from my savings a/c to my stock trading account - 2 business days! Yup, it's gone (poof!) from my savings, but 2 business days (i.e. Friday or even Monday) before it appears in my trading a/c.
What's the story? This is worse that the old "cheque clearance" nonsense.
Lost the chance to buy a million more "D" oppies at 0.017...
