@Badgeraark .Its great fun successful investing .I had been thinking about investing all my life taken it seriously from 2014 to early 2020 ..i.e put 15 to 20 hours a week into it. ( took a break for 2020). I achieved all my investing goals by 2020. Sold up.My 3 kids got houses and are doing very well. It was a major social family goal I set myself. I thought it would take 6 years and it took 4.3. ( I finished a masters degree that helped me double my effiency at noticing the megatrends in society. Now I am back, have a few more goals given I can live with a higher risk profile. Now the only choice for me is between LPD, LPDOC, LPDOD . Please have a look at the management. They have all been in place since 2016. JW at around 28 mill LPD shares is very invested in the success of LPD. He is only accumulating.
