It isnt free money it is dilutive money.
Being purely selfish and having sold down my Bs I am hoping they end out of the money, we get a Caesium OT and or finance that blasts the price up beyond the 5c strike and THEN they raise for P1, reducing overall dilution. I assume the 10m odd raised by the Bs is directed at P1 anyway.
However that would be disappointing to the B holders of course.
