Its up to a Company to keep its shareholders informed of any developments, so the latest Anns are far from 'useless'. They also point to the project being funded and going ahead as all employees have starting dates. These announcements are no where near as important as the Cs buyer being announced this coming week as promised by JW. This announcement will see the options in the money. Not meeting the promised time of announcement would have the opposite effect on the SP.
