There is no mystery surrounding the concentrator @Reno1. The FEED was completed for the plant some time ago, and LPD are waiting for the completion of the companion FEED and Control Estimates for KIZAD.
Lepidico Infrastructure Namibia (Pty) Ltd (LIN) is a newly formed Namibian subsidiary that will remain dormant (ie no filing requirements) until it is required to own assets (like the concentrator).
LIN (a 100%-owned LPD entity) will lease assets to Lepidico Chemicals Namibia (Pty) Ltd (LCN), an 80% owned subsidiary. LCN will operate the Karibib Project. This will ensure that the LCN minority owner is not required to fund, and has no call on the concentrator assets.
