The best thing about the new shares issued is the share holders were allowed to take part in the credit raising.
I have had shares in other companies were the share holders don't get a chance of cheaper shares.
After several years of buying and selling lepidico I am up around 400% and still just outside the top 20 share holders.
That means no dilution for me.
