I have 17 days left on a 60 day settlement so personally hoping the ar$e falls out of the SP in that time. Not going to hold my breath as there's still no actual volume happening at all, but here's hoping.

Just a quickie on the virtues of patience.
Three weeks ago we finally got the green light on an interstate project we've been attempting to get over the line for the best part of the last 3 1/2 years, just one bureaucratic issue after another, then a main stakeholder pulling the pin 12 months ago to top it all off.

We're home and hosed now, sure there's going to be more issues but it's fairly much plain sailing ahead.
We've had several advances in the last couple of weeks or so from people/companies wanting to get on board ... all of a sudden.
Interestingly, the majority of these people were offered an opportunity to get on board 4 years ago.

Unfortunately for them (including the partner who dropped their balls 12 months ago), there are no more openings, the opportunity is no longer for sale.

Although annoying and tedious, in hindsight the last four years for that project has actually flown by, looking back.

It's just business. Lepidico is no different.

Hang in there. Buy the dips if finances and risk tolerance allow.

What's the saying again about those who laugh last ..... ???
