USA commits 55B to Africa, USA commits what is in the interest of the USA not LPD.
At this stage LPD is a high risk, when your start succeeding commercially the sharks and corruption comes, easy to loose your pans in Africa; then what is LPD left with? a site in the Middle East.
Hopefully LPD will get its finance sorted out soon; again would you finance this with your own money? Maybe some crumbs from the 55B will fall in LPD way.
