doing a reverse split without income or revenues being executed and proof that forward earnings are growing is like a kiss of death for any company. most reverses carry the stigma of a failing company grasping at straws in order to sell stock to get funds. usually the last ditch efforts. we are not at that point here. any mngt getting ready for operations would never consider a reverse. will we someday do it, absolutely as we are not amazon. i wouldnt expect it before 2026 or so, unless we really crank some income before then. jmho but coming from a career working in a public company, i can tell you from experience, mngt wont consider it before then.
