Final hurdle/hoop for DFC was meant to be back in January when handed over to legal counsel.
However, my gut feel is DFC won’t lend a single cent until that chemical feeder is fully funded also.
Or perhaps vice versa.
One party/parties will have to crack first.
This is causing the delays for mine.
