….to be honest with you I was a little disappointed reading that the DFC legal dd was awaiting chemical plant finance/ownership structure. When the last I had heard was that the legal dd was simply the last part of the assessment for DFC. Personally I think that should have been made clearer early on in it’s announcement to shareholders about the plant finance/ownership structure requirement.
I was thinking that it was going to work the other way round; by that I mean getting the DFC approval would make it easier to get the rest of finance.
