Also agree with LTB1 - needless to say there's an incredibly strong correlation between public sector entities and vastly slow decisions/actions. This is prevalent in any sector and/or industry... not rocket science
The tech is there, the last number of years - while SP isn't reflective - have been tremendous. Great achievements and creating a pathway for the future.
As mentioned... learning to be patient..
