1.8 is going to be virtually impossible to break without some sort of entry by a herd of day traders, which will herd more in. Only way it can break 1.8 in the short term is if there is some sort of overshoot by extreme levels of volume - again only possible if it hits day trader radar. 1.8 is the capital raising price, long term resistance, a big break even point for a lot of underwater investors.
