1.5c is a far more historically stronger res line than the 1.8c..... This is why I have been reinforcing the importance to break and hold above 1.5c in order to confirm a powerful breakout. Therein - the 1.8c line shouldn't offer much resistance at all.
Thereafter - 3c is the next "major" resistance line with very little resistance below, which may require significant company outcomes in order to breach.
