Yep. And the same thing said last year. A few already had finance penciled in..........but not to be.

They have cried wolf a few times now and that's the problem......the market loses trust.

Buying and SP a fair reflection of the companies ability to deliver its on its finance. Non existent.

Many boxes ticked, and one wouldn't think a company would come all this way if not able to get off the ground.

Having said that, the African aspect a major concern for mine with the place not exactly having a track record of successful mining projects.

As for a CR.......not until/if finance is delivered imo. Already 15m in bank, and doubt holders would come at it anyway given finance negotiations have been going on for 2+ years now.
