LPDs Sensitive IP needs to be secure and controlled with any construction and processing arrangements
I don’t think it’s as secure as it needs to be so I’m guessing this is a reason for no funding approval as yet
if this security cannot be guaranteed (particularly in UAE), then I’m sure a Phase 2 plant will be expedited where IP security can be guaranteed
im sure the Phase 2 Scoping Study is close now!
hopefully in this update they will present some further credibility of a feasible third party upstream feed source market in US and ROW
