Looking at the chart and price action for the last six or seven years the price has gone from . 6 of a cent to more than 6 cents.
It's gone up and down many times. Some say a traders delight.
With finance, yes lots of risk removed. That is also a trading plan. Buy on rumours, or buy on announcements, or buy on blue sky and that would be some where above six cents.
The thing is, each person has to trade on their own plan.
Personal I buy when no one else is buying.
