Similarly I have emailed three times, the first two were ignored. The third where my frustration with the lack of communication in general, and non reponse to emails sent over several weeks was more evident, did receive a response. The tone of which was not really befitting of senior management of an ASX listed company, it did not inspire confidence and has not aged particularly well.
I live in hope, but concerned this will ultimately become a tax right off. Holding until the end whatever the outcome.
