In the case of Avalon I think that is part of the problem. But if you watch that video, and read their PFS, I have a different opinion about Avalon.
just because a company has an asset, doesn't mean an asset is viable. It takes clear strategy, the right market conditions and a value add proposition. Avalon have 0/3 of those conditions
