@Laoich, 7th May and 16th May were announcements of Joe selling shares to execute his options at 1.815c.

He still has 20m of these options to exercise before 3 August 2018. I'd be very surprised if he let them lapse, so we will probably see him selling some more shares to buy some options.

It's possible that some of the selling of late is Joe, but @frikkie doesn't actually have evidence of this. It's a guess.

As for "skrewing shareholders", the guy is taking 30% of his total pay in options. He's sold 9m shares at about 4.3c, which he bought at 1.1c, so that's a profit of roughly 279k. He's used all but 24k to execute options.

Unless his marginal tax rate is less than 10%, that means he's copping a tax bill to get more shares.

I'm okay with it.
