I don't follow your theory that a low share price makes LPD more attractive, for 'we' the SHs to dilute the equity. From SHs position it would mean having to give up more equity/dilution to attract the investor. The higher the premium and fully valued tangible and intangible assets surely would inspire greater confidence to a backer than the alternative. It would show that current investors are confident about the business, it would open up more avenues to the capital markets etc.
Take for example Wesfarmers got bargain when they purchased Kidman. SHs in my opinion didn't get the true value of the future income stream that will come from that project.
I might be wrong but I'd much rather see comfortable premium built into the share price than that which you are proposing.
