Hey Sharpy, took a leaf out your book of recommendation today, ie read a book, well sort of, work around the house! Checked out the market open for 10 mins, then at just after 6pm checked the close. Needless to say I was shocked that it had closed at 1.8c, I never thought it would see those levels again after it bounced away from 2.5c on the 22 and 23 of June this year, it kept them above the 200 Expo moving average.

Sadly, that questionable maxim of 'filling the gaps' became self fulfilling as there were so many prepared to believe in its truth. There is no scientific statistical reason for it - it sometimes happens as does lots of things, but to suggest it is axiomatic and inevitable is not rational.

Well now its time to get the caravan back on the road and get this gig into the production stage. We have the infill and extension drilling going on at Alvarroes and Namibia, convert the last stages of the plant for LOH-Max operation and prove this technology, make a site decision for P1 between Sudbury Canada and ICAD, get the DFS/ Bankable FS finished, and any JVs/off-takes and finance arrangements in place. No small order but we are progressing, once it can be shown LPD is hitting its goals the more invester confidence will turn around.

I remember when Woodside Oil was a penny dreadful and the anguish it and its investors went through to get the N W Shelf off the ground (with its Rankin oil & gas field). Also, Twiggy Forrest and Fortesque, it was widely predicted that it would fail, determination and some luck and good management proved the naysayers wrong, and then they quickly jumped onto his bandwagon to say what a good fellow he is. Which no doubt he is.

I wonder though how many institutional fund managers will have funds invested in LPD shares. To my knowledge I've been of the view that they stay more to the Top 300 stocks or higher, preferring companies paying dividends. However, there are some that direct monies to seed companies that have IP but not the wherewithal to finance expansion. The other kind that may be attracted to LPD are the 'clean and green' specialists. I was looking through the Top 20 SHs to see anything obvious stand out but unless they are hiding behind a nominee company nothing struck me to suggest they are in that group, they could be below that level with split holdings, hard to say.
