I'm not expecting bad news. IMO the market is expecting positive news, or at least news that confirms "battery grade" lithium carbonate is produced.
IMO, Strategic Metallurgy would have in house test capability to measure purity of the product. I expect they have a reasonable idea of results expected. However, I expect they have taken potentially hundreds of samples (like they did with the lithium sulfate liquor) and it takes time to measure and then analyze this.
IMO if they had measured carbonate and come across poor results, this would materially impact the share price in which case they must disclose. They haven't done that
