Whoever is making these big sell transactions at strategic moments in the day, they are certainly feeding them out to wipe out as many buy orders they can at a price level with sufficient volume as not to scare all the buyers away at that price line.

Who or what holder has this market power? Even if that single seller captured one third of those trades on those specific days they would have sold into the market over 60 million shares,

From 22 May to 22 Aug the average traded volume was 7.729 million, therefore it's obvious that the current trend is driven by some motive of the seller(s) (I hope not as group) with the intent, regardless of price and how low they push it down, to panic others to follow the same course of action in order to cascade the price to spiral even lower.

This was something that the 'Carpet Baggers' in the USA did in the 1920s-1930s. I noticed today that a report came out about share market trading after a study by an Australian University, ANU but ASIC denies the study and says it finds no grounds.

However, the last few weeks in respect of LPD makes one wonder if there isn't a concerted attack on the company.
