Going on this paragraph from the December quarterly, I don't think so, no.
$19m a year is a lot to give up. I'd be surprised if that is the best place to put it, rather than have it feeding a plant in Asia somewhere.

That answers the question for why they did it!
So we've had some positive results but it sounds like there was more work to be done before they can sign a deal.
