At a glance, if the cost of the plant is around $134m AU and say split the bill 3 ways.
1 third from the cornerstone investor.
1 third from the current shareholders.
And another third from lending.
We would only need the SP around the 5.75 cents mark. Given a 15% discount to have the CR at 5 cents
Thats around 900,000,000 shares for the cornerstone and another 900,000,000 from the current shareholders.
Say, if past CR's are anything to go by (Oversubscribed), an offer of 1 Share for every 5 shares owned by existing shareholder would get us over the line with our 1 third of the funding.
Struth I hope my math is rightif not it opens the conversation up to the boffins

And that's not including the monies coming in for the LPDOA's
