"Unsupported theory" , really.
Where are the results, way past due, with estimates of only 3mt at .63% it was a duster from the start, why would the chinese pull out with DLI ?, makes one think with the line of pump anns gone through and prices whaling, means it's a duster.
Think about it, don't detract from it. It's the only feed for the process.
