Mate I'm a supporter, just calling it how it is. I had no issue in the director selling, i merely pointed out he had to sell post smax announcement because that's when there was no material information available hence the "open trading window"

On traditional instos, its true. There are instos who will invest but not your traditionals, so it just makes the task a bit harder.

and yes imo the stock was overvalued at that point in time by the market, that being said did I sell? No i didn't because i think the longer term value is achievable but people get disappointed when the share price isn't what it was at a blip in time because of market mechanisms.
