Am I being PARANOID? Has Galaxy been selling into today's volume strength?
There has been a lot of accommodating selling in the 1.6c to 1.7c range, enough to keep the price to close at its morning open. It hasn't appeared that sellers on the queue have been prepared to lower their price from 1.7 to 1.6, it seems their is a large parcel (or large parcels) patiently waiting for buying strength to build-up, then wham they hit the market for LPD with a block shares taking out the strength.
The actors in this post afternoon trade allowed the morning strength to build-up, as confidence grew they (Galaxy or other agent) unloaded to meet demand but not enough to damage it.
The next few days will be interesting, the players like the LPD market to have its quiet moments:
What is needed is a couple of good reports; that is Namibia's ore estimate which will be incorporated into its feasibility study and the final results of the pilot plant test run for LoH-max.
It's a waiting game, but encouraging that the sector is lifting. ORE, MIM, AJM, GXY, PLS, AGY and LTR all had a good day today.
