Although I do concur with your assessment of all three announcements drop at the same time, it's not out of the realm of impossibile IMO. But your right, highly unlikely !
The nice activity of trading didn't go unnoticed.
As it was great to see the 30m or so number of shares passing hands, that is needed for the SP to gain some traction and some momentum in moving forward.
Along with the activity on HC, people talking about the stock increasing attention, adding to the churn.
All positive in my eyes.
Although I do concur with your assessment of all three...
