problem is the relentless dilution of shares. Even at 1.6 cents its very expensive 75 million market cap! Seriously... not very attractive for new buyers. Similar stocks to LPD their market cap is anywhere from 15 mill to 35 mill. nothing concrete, no deals, no money (other than cap raises), no production, no off takes - so not that attractive. incredible amount of dilution every pip is millions higher in market cap so I think 35-50 million is fair and even on the higher end of the fair spectrum.
