I guess that would be presuming that Lepidico is not entitled to use their own product in WA.
Exclusive licence to Lithium Australia, yep, but I doubt that it would restrict Lepidico using their own product.
It would then bring us back to the conversation of Galaxy potentially tolling and sharing the profits. Of which, I wonder... how long this 'sharing' could go on for?
Of course this is all theoretical.
Another thing of interest is that it appears to me that Lepidico is under the same terms with Pioneer for Pioneer Dome as Galaxy was back in 2007.
